Australian Food Voices Panel
Celebrating Powerhouse Parramatta's long anticipated opening, leading figures featured in the Australian Culinary Archive – including Durkhanai alongside Maggie Beer AO, Neil Perry AM, Stephanie Alexander AO, Palisa Anderson, Sharon Winsor and Aunty Beryl Van-Oploo OAM – will gather for a day of keynote talks, panel discussions and cooking demonstrations with tastings in celebration of our nation’s food culture.
The Australian Culinary Archive brings together the voices shaping Australia’s food culture. Housed at Powerhouse, the Archive is a collection of objects and documents that preserves the legacy of chefs and producers who have defined the national and international profile of Australian cuisine.
