agriCULTURED is a festival celebrating the intersection of food, culture and the land that sustains us. Held in Launceston, Tasmania's UNESCO City of Gastronomy, it brings together farmers, producers, artists, makers and everyday eaters for shared meals, thought-provoking conversations and creative experiences. This year's theme, Food is Political, explores how power, policy, climate and community shape what we eat, examining the cultural, ecological and social relationships that influence Australia's food future while fostering optimism, collaboration and meaningful dialogue.
Following the discussions, guests will share a sit-down lunch by Hubert & Dan in the East Wing of Albert Hall, creating an opportunity for networking and meaningful conversations with leaders and peers across the food, policy and sustainability sectors.
